Filtering data
- [Instructor] Data visualizations in a report can be filtered to answer specific questions. With the report in view, select the Filters panel. Notice the categories that can be expanded and collapsed to select the filters that you'd like to apply. If the filters that you would like to work with are not visible, be sure to select the visualization that you would like to work with. In this case, let's work with the total units year to date. Now from the Filter panel, let's select a few manufacturers. Next, let's select the regions that we would like to filter: Central and East. You can scroll through the rest of the filter list and apply additional filters, if needed. Once done, select the arrow to hide the Filters pane. And that's how you filter a report.
