- [Instructor] The view in web option is convenient for people with access to the collection, but when we want to make the documentation available to anyone else we need to publish it. Doing so requires just a few clicks starting with opening the collection menu via the ellipsis button. Near the bottom of the list is the Publish Docs option, select that. Selecting this option opens a page in your default browser. Here you're asked to select a few more options. You can even set some basic styling information to keep the documentation consistent with your brand. Some options such as the custom domain require a paid account. The default values here are sufficient for our purposes so click the Publish Collection button. Upon success you're presented with a confirmation page identifying where the documentation is available. You can share the published URL with others so they can review the documentation.
