Set Scan Navigation direction
- [Instructor] When we're using Scan Navigation, we select the scan and it jumps into random view positions. We then have to rotate to pan inside our scan in order to find the component we want to view. We can, however, set our Scan Navigation to look at a point of interest in the point cloud, and then each time we open or select a new scan position, that object of interest will be right in the center of the view. Let's take a look at creating our scan labels. I want you to just watch. We're going to jump into Scan Navigation. I'm going to check this scan here. It's going to open facing this ladder and this cage here. To see an area of interest, I have to pan around, and look what I want to see. If I'm interested in modeling this configuration with these three valves here, I want to be able to focus on that. It's taking me a few clicks to turn around and get there.
