- [Instructor] With PointSense, you have the ability to analyze the point cloud data in comparison to your UCS or a fitted plane. For example, if you've scanned a floor, we can determine the flatness of that floor and see where the high and low spots are. There's many ways to analyze the points, but these are a little more advanced for a basic course. So for now, we're just going to look at this simple workflow. And inside our point cloud here, I've already isolated some points for us. So we're going to turn everything off except for this walkway. So we're going to come and use our plane fitting tool here. So I'm going to come down, I'm going to use the plane. I'm going to click some points. And I'm going to just pick a bunch of points on this concrete walkway here. And we're going to use a parallel plane because we want to see how out or flat this walkway is.
