- [Instructor] Well, we've made it to chapter seven. And now we get into the good stuff! We're going to take a look at piping processes. When we use the Walk the Run Feature, the piping algorithm looks at the points and the circumference of a pipe to determine the diameter. In the newer versions of PointSense, there has been a feature added that allows us to run a routine on the visible points to determine the diameter of all cylinders at one time. Once this routine has been completed, the values are stored in the drawing file, and then when we use the Walk The Run Feature, PointSense already knows the diameter of the pipe we're modeling. This has increased the speed of the Walk The Run feature significantly. Let's go through the steps now and take a look and see how this works. So we're going to open our exercise file.
