Fit Arc
- [Instructor] Another fitting tool we can use is called Fit Arc. This allows us to fit a curved line to a Point Cloud slice. This is a great tool for tracing curbs, road markings, et cetera. So, let's take a look. Let's go ahead and open our exercise files. Desktop. Exercise files. We're looking at Chatper 05_03. Again, let's just click all our points off, and leave our foundations turned on. I'm going to just look at a different area here. I'm going to highlight again. Change our scan colors to object color. I'm going to change our Point Cloud slice thickness a little bit here. Back to my PointSense tab. Change my thickness down to six inches. Keep it on the center. I'm going to just move this up and down 'til I look for some curb work that I see here. So, there's a little bit of curbing that we see just on the corner here where the road turns into the plant. You can see as we just change that slice down, that curb becomes a little more obvious. If I want to just create some line…
