Set Scan Navigation direction
- [Instructor] When we're using scan navigation, we select the scan, and it jumps into what seems like a random view position. In fact, it's actually taking us into the position that the scanner was in when it started the scan. So what we do when we open the model is we tend to find ourself panning around a lot to locate the item of interest. What we can do is set our scan navigation to look at the point of interest in the point cloud, and then each time we select a new scan position, the object of interest will be at the center of the view. First, let's create our scan labels, by coming up and choosing the recap option, and we're going to turn our scan navigation on. So for an example, let's jump into this scan position here. Now it takes me always looking over here, and if I want to look at this piping skid, I have to pan around and let's say for example, we always want to look at, we're actually interested in this valve here. So now I'm going to jump to a different scan position…
