Working with My Tasks

- [Instructor] If you don't need to see tasks assigned to each member of a plan, you can view only the tasks assigned to you for the plans in which you are a member of. Start by locating My tasks in the Navigation panel on the left side. By selecting this, the view changes to showing you My tasks. These are grouped by Not started, In progress, and Completed tasks. To change this view, select the downward-facing arrow next to Group by located in the upper right corner. This is currently grouped by progress. You can change this to Plan. The view updates to show you the names of the plans and the tasks that are assigned to you for each of those plans. From the same Group by area, by selecting the drop-down arrow once more, you can also take a look at the due date for these tasks, in which we can see all of these tasks are late. And that's how you can work with tasks assigned to you.
