It's important to know how to work in a plan, make assignments, and monitor progress. But, most users will work on several plans at the same time. So, it's equally important to see how multiple plans can be sorted and organized so you can always find the tasks that have been assigned to you.
- [Voiceover] So far in this course we've been focused…on only one plan, but realistically you will probably have…several plans active inside of Planner at the same time.…So let's take a look at this from Jennifer's account.…She is now a part of three different plans,…and I can see them all listed over here on the Sidebar…under the header that says All plans.…If this list becomes too cluttered,…I can always collapse this section of the Sidebar.…Just by hitting the little arrow…next to where it says All plans,…it closes that and now I do not see those listed.…
Of course, I want to bring those back…so I'm gonna hit that arrow again,…and it opens up that category again…so I can see all those plans.…Now I could click on any of these plans…to see all of the information about that specific plan.…But I think a better starting point…would be to look at the tasks that have been assigned…to you specifically.…To do that, you would go to this item on the Sidebar…labeled My tasks.…So now we're seeing all of the tasks…that have been assigned to Jennifer,…
