- [Instructor] Project managers and stakeholders like to see how a project is progressing. Is it on time, are resources over allocated or underutilized, what has been completed, and more. A chart view can be helpful with these scenarios. To switch to this view, select the Chart icon at the top of the plan. The chart view displays. This is a dashboard view of charts and data that includes details about the tasks' status, the buckets, and the individual task information here on the right side. To refine the results displayed in this view, make selections from the Members area, Filter area, and Group by Bucket area. Selecting Members gives you an opportunity to select a name of who has assignments and see in better detail what is marked or highlighted here on the right panel, all of the assignments that Jennifer Dawson has.
