- [Instructor] Plans change. Sometimes the name of the plan, the notification settings, and the privacy settings need to change too. To manage a plan's setting, select the ellipses at the top of the plan area. From the dropdown list, select Plan settings. Only group owners can change the setting to send email to the group when a task is assigned or completed. Check this box to enable this. Uncheck the box to disable this. If this is checked, group members can choose to stop receiving these messages by selecting group settings. This takes you to Outlook group settings. Within the section labeled Stop following in inbox, choose one of the other two choices, Receive only replies to you, or Don't receive any group messages. Then select Save. Let's go back to Planner. Back in the plan settings, you can also edit the group. Included with editing the group is the name of the group. Notice at the top, we have a blinking cursor. Let's give this a new name.
