- [Instructor] Tasks can be added to an existing bucket. Let's add a task to the Open House bucket. Start by selecting the plus sign under the bucket name. Only a task name is required to save this, although it's best to set a due date and assign it to someone, so it doesn't fall off your radar. Let's enter a name for this task. Next, select Set due date. If the date needed is not in the current month view, select the up arrow to move back or the down arrow to move forward in calendar months. Let's select May 24th as the due date. Then select Assign. If the person you would like to assign this task to is not a member of this team, type the person's name in the field provided. Then select the name from the non-members list. If you'd like to assign this to someone that is a member of this plan, select the name from the list below. Planner supports assigning a task to multiple people. Next, click outside of this area to get back to the task. To save the task, select Add Task. The task…
