- [Instructor] A planner board is associated with an Office 365 Group. There are many services that are shared between the group workspaces, including an associated SharePoint site. To access this site, go to the three ellipses at the top of the plan. From the menu that appears, select Sites. Within a new browser tab, the associated SharePoint site displays. From here, you can catch up on news, you can go to Quick Links, and you can even work with the documents. That's how you can jump from a planning board to an associated SharePoint site.
