PlanGrid workspaces can be accessed in the field using PlanGrid mobile apps for Windows, Android, and iOS. In this video, Jim explains that finding your workspaces in a mobile app differs from accessing a PlanGrid workspace in the web app and demonstrates how to find them when you are using a mobile app in the field on a construction site.
- [Instructor] Before we close out this chapter…on workspaces in PlanGrid,…there is one more issue that I want to bring to your attention…and that is the ability to find and navigate your workspaces…when you're in this web app…versus using a mobile app.…So, let's take a look, I'm going to click the Project menu…and select here to view the full project list…and I showed you this earlier,…this is where you go to create a workspace…but what I wanted to point out here…is that when you're in the web app,…and again, you'll see a number of additional projects…in my account that I work on…but when you're in the web app,…you'll notice that all of your workspaces…are nested nice and neat under your top level project…and you can click the arrow and roll them up…under the project.…
Here's our Managing Construction Activities,…top level project that we've been working on,…here's the Finishes and Hardware workspace…that we've been creating.…They're all very easy to find…when you're in the web app.…I want to jump over to the Windows Mobile app…
