Resize and position text
- Now that we've got some basic text layers in the document, let's position them on the page using the move tool. As you start to drag, you'll notice that pop-up guides appear. Now, the reason why that's appearing there is because my text box is quite large. You might find it useful to shrink the text box until the text just about disappears. Now it's more closely aligned. As you drag and move things around, you'll see that the pop-up guides make it easy to know when things are aligned off of the text box. But, you might notice that just because a font is aligned using the boundary box, you still may want to nudge things into place a bit. That's because different fonts have different spacing around the characters. I'll pull that up slightly. That looks pretty good there. We've got good balance between the two. With this second layer selected, I'm just gonna shrink that down a little bit, 120. And because we have the proper alignment there, it adjusts. That feels good. I'll shift +…
