- [Instructor] With Pix4D, mapping in 2D or 3D is possible with just about any type of camera, including thermal cameras. In this video, I will demonstrate a series of thermal images that were stitched together using Pix4D from a DJI Inspire drone with a thermal camera mounted on it. So the first thing that I did is I got Level One Thermography certified with a specialty in sUAS, and that was done through an organization that does this certification all over the world. And what was really nice about that is they had all the equipment for us out there in the field and we learned about emissivity, and radiation, and how heat is transferred, and all kinds of fun stuff about thermal radiation there. So what we did is we took a bunch of images, and there is probably maybe a hundred images here, and because they were overlapping and we had an Inspire mapping mode, And it did it pretty well. and what's even better is it's measurable, so if I go down here, these are big plates that we were…
