- After generating the ortho mosaic the mosaic editor can be a powerful map cleaning tool in pix4d. In this video you'll learn how to remove noise such as cars or other moving objects from your ortho mosaic using either planar or ortho projections. This tool provides a great way to produce a quality map that only includes the visual information you need and nothing more. I'd like to bring your attention over here to the mosaic editor so when you click on that this mosaic will appear. Now it may take a little bit of time for it to appear for you. In the lower left there'll be a task bar as it generates that ortho mosaic for this tool. So I've already sort of played around with this a little bit I'm going to delete all of my mark ups here and reset the map and that will give us a fresh map with all the noise as it originally was created. Now, that's done, I'm going to go down here and I'm going to find some noise, so that could be people that got into your shot, or cars or whatever that…
