…Now, there's all kinds of ways to dial in colors inside of Photoshop.…A lot of folks like to use the RGB sliders.…You might prefer HSB, as I do.…You might even like to dial in hex values for the web.…But if you want to play with the colors inside of the color field,…which Adobe calls the Hue Cube, then your only option was to drop down…here to either the foreground or background color swatch at the bottom of…the toolbox and click on it in order to enter this modal dialog box.…
Which is to say that you're more or less trapped inside the dialog box until you…define a color by dragging around inside of this field and then click OK.…But now, inside Photoshop CC, your reliance on that dialog box is…greatly reduced because right here inside the Color panel, you can go up…to the fly out menu and switch to the Hue Cube, and…then you'll see that exact same field without resorting to a dialog box.…And a great thing about it is it's scalable, so…I can drag down on this horizontal divider in order to…make the field taller and I can drag this vertical divider…
