Zooming and panning

- [Instructor] All right, now I'll show you how to navigate, that is to say zoom and pan inside Camera Raw, which works very differently these days than it does inside Photoshop. And so I'll go ahead and select this JPEG file right here. Notice that it's thumbnail is blank. It doesn't exhibit that setting's badge, and so that means, because it's a flat JPEG, if you double-click on the thumbnail, you'll open it inside Photoshop. If you want to open the image inside Camera Raw, then right-click on the thumbnail and choose open in Camera Raw. Or you have that keyboard shortcut of Ctrl + R on the PC or Command + R on the Mac. Now notice that right away the zoom tool is active and Camera Raw has zoomed the image out so that it fits on screen. If you click with the zoom tool, then you're going to zoom in to, by default, 100%. Now notice that a minus sign appears inside my zoom tool, which means if I click, I will zoom out so…
