- [Neil] Hi, I'm Neil Rhodes, and welcome to Photo Restoration Techniques: Fixing Stained Color and Damage. Old photos can be damaged in many ways. Color damage always seems to be the most tricky to fix. In this course, I'll show you how to break down the restoration into manageable tasks to make this difficult color and restore that much easier. First, we'll take a look at getting started by examining the color-damaged photo and the types of damage we'll need to restore. Next, we'll move on to some initial tone and color corrections to pave the way for the main restoration. We'll move on to restore all the damage and color the photo where needed. And to close, we'll perform our final touches and cleanups to finish our restore. I hope you're excited as I am to share these restoration techniques with you, so let's get started.
