- [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Neil Rhodes, and welcome to this course where we will tackle scanning, stitching, and restoring a photo too big for our scanner. Scanning and making digital copies of our photos is a good way to preserve their future. Sometimes images are too big for our home machines to handle. In this series of instructional videos, we'll go through the process of scanning and restoring an image too big for our scanner. First, we'll take a look at getting started with the right kind of photograph for the rebuilding process.
Next we'll set about how to scan our oversized image in several parts. We will then move on to stitching together and restoring our image. Now with the short introductions out of the way, let's get started.
