- Hi, this is Chris. Welcome to this course where we will focus in on how we can retouch a studio portrait from start to finish. We'll begin with the native RAW file as it appears straight out of the camera. We'll open that image up in Adobe Camera Raw, and there we'll make some foundational adjustments to the photograph. Then we'll quickly jump to Photoshop. In Photoshop, we'll cover topics like how can we retouch away small blemishes. WE'll look at how we can fix shiny skin, or how we can modify and change light.
I'll also share with you a valuable technique that you can use to smooth or to soften skin. We'll look at how we can enhance and change color, and we'll evaluate our progress by viewing a before and after perspective of the retouching that we've done. So if you are ready to gain some expertise in regard to portrait retouching, well, let's begin.
