- Multiple exposure photography is limitless. You can do as many images as you want. You can rotate them. You can change the blend mode. It's an incredible thing to explore, and if you get interested in it, it's going to take you in all sorts of wonderful, creative directions. But I want to try and zero in on a couple strategies to get you started, and the first strategy is what I like to call kind of an impressionistic painting with the use of multiple exposure, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to take a single photograph here of this grouping of flowers surrounded by the dark green leaves. I'm going to go ahead and do that. Just a straight shot, I hand held. It's bright enough, I don't need a tripod. What I'm going to do in post is I'm going to duplicate that image, and then I'm going to off center them just a tiny bit, and what it does, it gives you just a little bit, almost like a little bit of a painterly feel because the images are blended offset, and I'll use relatively…
