Using favored locations to photograph fall color

- We discussed photographing in your own backyard and also when to go and how to figure out when that peak color is, but I also like to talk about, you know, if I could go anywhere where would you go to shoot fall colors? So these are some of my favorite places starting with New England. New England's very special, because it's a large area. It extends up into Canada, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and so on, and travels all the way down you know to Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the color just keeps going south. So you have this kind of wide range to play with and a lot of deciduous trees that change into reds, oranges, yellows. So it's really a palette of color. I'd say Vermont and New Hampshire, probably my favorite states in there, along with upstate New York. That kind of region, because it's a little bit mountainous. I really like it in there.
