- [Instructor] Although historically color look up tables…have been used primarily by the film industry…I believe that many photographers will find the ability…to remap any color in an image to another color…quite powerful.…You can use a color lookup table to simply…color correct an image or they can be used…to take your image in a completely different direction.…So let's find out how.…The bottom of the layers panel,…I'll click on the adjustment layer icon,…and choose color lookup.…There are three different types of color lookup tables…and if you just think of them as a look or a bunch…of adjustments that change the colors in an image,…it's almost like you're taking your photograph…and you're putting it into a unique color space…even though technically it's not really that,…just think of them as remapping…all of the colors in your image.…
So we can choose from any of the presets here,…for example the two strip, you can see just…how different the image can look and what's really cool…about this is you can have images that were photographed…
