Using Photoshop for adjustments to aurora photos

- We're now in Photoshop, ready to move to the next step. Now, those of you who have seen me process before, know I like to do a curves adjustment layer. But I'm gonna try something a little bit different here. So bare with me, and if this is your first time, just follow along. I'm gonna hit Command + J. And what that does, is it duplicates the layer, and I'm gonna come up here to Image, Auto Tone. And right away, you see this dramatic change. All the purples come to life, and so again, I duplicated and did an auto tone, and this is the first step of every aurora image that I make, and this is the only type of image I do that workflow for, so it's very specific. Now, the reason I did it on a duplicate layer, is I'm gonna change the opacity, because it's too purple, I lost a lot of my green. So if I slide, so just grab the opacity slide, get a scrubby slider, I'm able to find the balance to get enough green and purple at the same time. So let's go off and on. Do you see how much more…
