- [Instructor] I'm going to go over how we can create a layout grid for a responsive website comp, beginning with a new file. And I'll use one of the presets, I'll come to my web presets. I'm going to use web large, 1920 by 1080 pixels. I'd like to add some guides to this. I'll come to the View menu and down to New Guide Layouts. I would like to have 24 columns and between those columns I would like 20 pixels of gutter space. And since my default unit of measurement seems to be inches, I need to be explicit about that by adding px after the 20. Let's turn on the preview, and in addition I also would like a 10 pixel margin on the left and the right. For now, I'm not going to use any rows. So 24 columns, 10 pixel margin, left and right. Now working in conjunction with my columns I also want to have a document grid. To turn the document grid on Command or Control + ' and you can see that the two are just completely out of sync with each other, and that looks really quite dizzying. So I'm…
