Upping the resolution of dynamic artwork

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to increase the resolution of your smart filter art. And this is a very important step, and let me explain why. Notice if I go up to the image menu and choose the Image Size command, that I can see that my image measures 1,950 pixels wide by 1,300 pixels tall. And it has a resolution of 300 pixels per inch. And while that's very interesting information, what I really want to know is how big it's going to measure when it's printed. And to see that, I'll change either the height or width value to inches and now I can see that it measures just 6.5 inches wide by a little more than four inches tall, which is obviously very small. But that is, in fact, a good thing. And the reason it's a good thing is because we have some computationally intensive smart filters that we're applying to the art. And so what you want to do is work low res until you get all of your settings figured out, after which time, you can increase the resolution, which is…
