Now that we’ve applied our colors using Smart Objects, we can change the colors by simply changing any of the Smart Object instances in the layers panel. To edit a Smart Object, simply double-click the object in the the layers panel and the contents will be loaded into another opened Photoshop file. After making a change to the color, save the file, and the main canvas will be updated in the background.
