- So, clipping groups can be all kinds of things.…In this particular case, it's going to be a word,…the word Rome.…Back here, is a picture of a skyline in Rome at sunset.…So what happens here, is again,…the word Rome has transparency around the letters.…By turning on the picture and simply clipping…between the two of them,…you see that now we see the image…inside of the word Rome,…and we can take the word Rome,…and say we give it a little bevel and emboss.…Say we say chisel hard, because we have a hard edge.…Increase the depth on it,…and give it a little drop shadow.…
Increase the distance a little bit,…and click okay, and there we have this really…dramatic looking title, just by having a picture…being clipped by the base layer,…and then adding a couple layer styles to it.…In some cases, that clipping group can be…a little more complex.…This is a marque from my time square piece,…and actually this little movie is in that series.…I want to use it here to show you…the complexity of clipping groups.…I'm going to go in here,…
