- [Instructor] Selections, just like objects, can be transformed easily and accurately after the selection is created, without the need to know any shortcuts to make it happen. So, in this video, I have the Snow Girl.psd image open, and what I want to do is apply kind of a cool treatment that I saw. We're going to utilize some selections in order to do so. So, the first thing I'm going to do is, I'm going to grab my rectangular marquee tool. Now, the one thing I am going to do, to draw a perfect shape, I want a perfect rectangle, I'm going to hold the Shift key as I click and drag. So, that's going to allow me to create a shape that has the same width and height when I draw it. And that's exactly what I want. Don't worry about what size it is right now because the whole point of this is to show you how to transform it. So, with that active selection, I can use my mouse and I can drag this wherever I want. No problem, no issues in repositioning that. The only thing I am going to warn…
