Tips for aspiring landscape photographers

- Tips I have for landscape shooters. Number one is study images. Look at as many images as you can to determine some of the places you might be interested in visiting, and determine what kind of images you like. Now, you don't want to be so fixated that you copy those, but by all means, it's gonna help inspire and influence you. So, looking at images is very helpful. The second tip I would give you is, as a landscape shooter, find somebody that inspires you and try and learn from them if you can. Do they do workshops? Do they write blog posts? So, consume a lot of their, whatever they're sharing and putting out there. Contact them out of the blue and just ask for advice, but it's very important to learn from people that you respect. As a workshop leader, I feel like I can really empower people to be better shooters. So always look for those people you admire and whether or not they have the ability to share their gift with you.
