Join Deke McClelland for an in-depth discussion in this video Still more artboard enhancements, part of Photoshop CC 2015 New Features.
- [Voiceover] In this movie, we'll take a look…at the most recent enhancements that have been made…to artboards inside Photoshop.…Now, artboards serve as multiple design pages,…much as they do inside Illustrator.…The big difference is that they manifest themselves…as these kinds of groups here inside the Layers panel.…Now, if you're not familiar with artboards,…you can watch the first movie in the first chapter…of this very course…which is called "Creating and Using Artboards."…Now what we're gonna see in this movie is how you can change…the background from white to some other color…or even transparent.…
You can select and modify properties for multiple artboards…at a time.…When duplicating a layer, you can select an artboard…as a destination and, when exporting a document…to an image or PDF file, you can include artboard names.…So let's see what that looks like.…Now for starters here, every single one of my artboards…has a white background.…If I want to change that, I would just go ahead and click…on an artboard here inside the Layers panel…
