Some quick 3D terminology
Now I don't know about you, but I'm eager to get started creating some actual 3D artwork here inside Photoshop but before we do, I want to pass along some basic terminology. Now this is going to be too much, too fast quite frankly if you've never heard some of these terms before. But we will come back to them over and over again throughout this course. So I'll go ahead and switch over to this slide. And if you're opening this file along with me, you may get a font warning. Because I used a font called that's not available on all systems, but unless you're going to edit the text, don't worry about it because you'll be able to see the text just as I created it. Now I've created a series of layer comps so that I can get to you from the layer comps panel right here. But just so that we can see the entire screen, I've also set up keyboard shortcuts that allows me to switch from one layer comp to another and I intend to use these layer comps as we go here.
