- Let me give you a quick overview of shooting a…high-quality panoramic image on a DSLR.…You'll find a lot more details available…in a full-length course available here…in the online library.…Now what you want to think about here…is getting the camera level.…I've put it on a plate here,…so it's a little easier for you to see the camera.…But normally, I would be shooting from a level tripod.…One of the things to pay attention to…is on the ball head usually, or on the tripod itself,…is gonna be a bit of a bubble level.…This sort of level is designed so that you can adjust this…so that the bubble falls right within the target.…
And this is very much like what you…would also see at a hardware store.…So now as the tripod turns around,…and the overall head here is rotating,…the bubble level stays even if everything is set correctly.…If it's not, then you might not have an even surface.…And you might need to make…some adjustments as you're working.…Now a little bit of unevenness is okay,…but if the camera's leaning too much,…
