Sharpening and grading the final image

- In this case, we're not working with a photo, and that was by design. I wanted to show you how Photoshop can manipulate artwork and other subject matter. But even still, you can take advantage of any of the tools you've learned so far for photographic material. I'm going to show you how they apply to artwork. Let's go ahead here with the layers selected, and we'll right-click and convert to a Smart Object. Now, from the Eyedropper Tool, I'm going to choose the Ruler Tool and click and drag along the bottom edge of the artwork and just click Straighten Layer. That gives me a nice, straight image. That looks good. It's already a Smart Object, so we'll go ahead and do a little bit of sharpening here. This case, I'm going to use Smart Sharpen. And I'll choose to simply adjust the amount here and reduce noise and tell it to go after a little bit of motion blur. We'll click OK. Did a nice job. A simple, but nice improvement.
