Setting type on a path

- This movie is about how to put type around a Vector Path in Photoshop, or inside a Vector shape. These are things that are typically done in Illustrator or in InDesign, but you can do it here in Photoshop and the techniques are very, very similar, with a few minor differences. So I have two Vector shapes here. They are both drawn with my Ellipse Tool, and to start with, I'm going to put type around the one on the left. So I'm going to come and choose my Type tool, but before I do so, I need to make sure that the Path is selected so that we can see it's anchor points and to do that, if it's not already selected, come and choose your Path selection tool. Now you're Type tool, and when you move over that Path, you see how the appearance of the Type cursor changes. I'll click to make an insertion point and I can now go ahead and type my text. Let me increase the size of my type, I'm also going to change the style. So, let's go for Acumin Pro Extra Condensed. And increase the size. I'll…
