- [Narrator] In this chapter, we'll add color to the faded areas of the image. Make sure we've got stained color 4.01 open, and over to our layers palette, the first thing you're going to do is to add a layer above our last working layer. And we're going to call that gray-blue 'cause the first color we're going to tackle is child's jumper and trousers. If we go to our color correction channel, we can see that it should be, sort of, gray-blue. So let's sample a color with the dropper, from his shoulder area, and let's paint bucket, and fill our gray-blue area, hiding the color correction above, and select color. We can check to see how close we are, with the color correction channel. Flip it on and off. And I think the final decision will be made once we paint that color back in, but at least we've got the first color sorted. Now we've just got to hide that with layer, layer mask, and hide all, and we can paint that back in when we need it. The next layer we're going to color, or use…
