Join Deke McClelland for an in-depth discussion in this video Resetting facial features, part of Photoshop CC 2015 New Features.
- [Voiceover] In this movie, I'll show you how…to reset any modifications you make to facial features,…which works differently than it does with other edits…that you apply using the Liquify filter.…So, the first thing I'm gonna do is, once again,…double click on this Liquify Smart Filter,…here inside the Layers panel,…to revisit my last applied settings.…I'll go ahead and zoom in as well…and I'll scroll down.…I want you to see here, if I grab the Reconstruct tool,…which allows you to incrementally undo…any modifications you make using the Liquify filter,…that dragging around inside the image…makes no difference whatsoever.…
So, just for the sake of comparison here,…I'm gonna select the Warp tool up here…at the top of the toolbox.…Then I'm gonna dramatically increase the size of my cursor…by pressing the right bracket key a few times.…Let's say I just go ahead and drag this guy's face…off to the side.…If I were to switch back to the Reconstruct tool…and then increase the size of my cursor as well,…and drag around, you can see…
