- [Instructor] Hello, friends, this is Chris, and welcome to another episode of Photo Tools Weekly. In this week's episode, we will take a look at how we can remove a really large object from a photograph. With the case of this photograph, I want to remove the car here. I love the view of the subject and the background. The car is just getting in the way. Well, fortunately, I have another frame that I captured a moment later, after the car drove by, so what I want to do is combine these two frames together in Photoshop. To do that, we click on one image down here in the film strip, and then hold down the Shift key and click on the other. Next step is to go to the Photo pull-down menu, and we choose Edit in, and then we select Open as Layers in Photoshop. When you choose an option, it will apply whatever settings you've made in Lightroom, apply those to the images, send the files over to Photoshop so you can then begin your retouching.
