- [Female Instructor] When you're exporting files…like photos and you're consistently wanting…to use the same settings,…it's very easy to use the File menu and choose Export…using Quick Export.…So here I have a photograph,…I quickly want to export it as a JPG.…When I choose Export, the Quick Export is set up…as PNG by default.…In order to change that,…I'll choose Export Preferences…and then change the Export File Format to JPG.…Then, I'll put in whatever quality setting I want to use.…
In this case, I'll leave it at 90.…I want Photoshop to ask me where to export every time.…But if you wanted Photoshop to export the assets…into a folder within the same document…as the currently opened document,…you could choose that option.…For metadata, I want to include my copyright…and contact information.…And because I am saving this as a JPG,…I'm probably either sending it to someone,…or I'm going to post it online,…so I'll convert to sRGB.…Now, when we choose File, and then Export,…we can see that the first option…is the Quick Export as JPG.…
