- In this movie, I'll show you how to prepare…and post a video to Vine.…And Vine is essentially the Twitter of video sites.…The videos have to be between three and six point eight…seconds long and they loop endlessly…as you see this one doing here…and incidentally,…I'm just sick of hearing those bubbles…so I went ahead and turned the sound off…by clicking on this little speaker icon…here at the Vine site.…So, let me show you how this works.…I'll go ahead and switch to Photoshop…and notice that I'm looking at my web-sized movie.…
Now, Vine movies are always square…and for the best results you want the movie…to be 480 pixels wide by 480 pixels tall.…So, I'm gonna go up to the Image menu…and choose the Image Size command…and currently the height of this image…is actually less than 480 pixels.…So, I'm gonna go ahead and change it to 480 like so…which is going to expand the width value…to 850 pixels.…I still have resample set to Bicubic (Smooth Gradients)…and you might think, "Well, gosh,…"now we're gonna upsample the file?"…
