- Hi, this is Jan Kabili. Welcome to Photo Tools Weekly, my new series that's all about photography after the shoot. Each week, we'll focus on a post-processing technique or app that you can use to enhance your photos or improve your post capture workflow. I'll cover the tools that I value most as a photographer myself, powerful desktop apps like Lightroom and Photoshop, third party plug ins, photo apps for your mobile devices, online photo services, and more. I'll walk you through useful techniques that you may have heard of but aren't quite sure how to execute yet, like powerful luminosity masking in Photoshop.
I'll share practical tips like how to move your Lightroom photos to a new drive, and I'll give you ideas for working with your photos in creative ways, like customizing black and white conversions in Tonality Pro or making Instagram photos without the signature vintage Instagram look. Those are just a few of the post capture photo tips and tools that I'll share with you in the weeks to come so be sure to check back each week for more Photo Tools Weekly.
