- In this movie, I'm going to show you…the best way to both up-sample…and crop this image.…And we're going to perform a few other…housekeeping chores as well.…Now, the reason it's so very important…to up-sample this image,…is that, presumably, we want it to fit…on an A4, or letter sized piece of paper…at about 300 pixels per inch,…and we want the fish to take up…almost the entire image, whereas,…currently, the fish is very far away.…Now the first thing we need to do…is convert the color space,…that's just going to give us the best color…possible in future movies.…
And you do that by going up to the Edit menu…and choosing Convert to Profile,…as we did in the previous chapter.…You should see that the Source Space is sRGB,…go ahead and change the destination space…to Adobe RGB 1998, don't worry about any…of the other options.…Note, by the way, that if you turn the Preview…check box off, and then back on,…you're not really going to see anything…in the way of difference, and that's because…Photoshop is converting every single pixel…
