In order to hide the inner seam created by the layer mask, we’ll paint black and white areas using the brush tool. Choose a hard-edged brush with 100% opacity and flow defined, the begin to paint on the layer mask. Start with white, and paint to reveal a full clover that is on top in the photo. Then, use black to reveal clovers in the background image

- [Voiceover] Now this type of a graphic…will be one of the most difficult types…of graphics to create into a seamless tile.…That's because the individual shapes here…are not consistent, and any time we have…one of these seams showing up…it's going to be instantly visible.…So the technique that I'm going to show you here…will give you a way that you can turn a graphic like this…into a seamless tile.…So in the last video we set up…a layer mask on the offset layer here…which basically shows around 190 pixels…all around the outer edge of the offset graphic…while showing us the background graphic in the center.…
So in the layers panel let's come over here…and select this layer mask.…In the canvas let's come in here and zoom up…on the upper left-hand corner.…We're not going to worry about the seams…in the offset layer, what we wanna worry about first…are the seams created by the layer mask.…So the first thing we'll do is come over to the toolbar.…Let's come down and select the paintbrush tool.…With the paintbrush tool selected,…
