- [Narrator] Let's say my client has supplied me with some artwork and they would like me to match the font. Here's a .jpg that they have supplied me. So this is non edible type. And I need to find a match for this type. I can use a feature in Photoshop called Match Font. And I have to say, when I use this, I meet with mixed results. But here's how it works. We draw a cropping rectangle around our piece of type. And then after a pause, Photoshop will give us a list of candidate fonts that are similar. I want to make sure that this option here is checked, Show fonts available to sync from Typekit. Somewhat disappointingly, while Photoshop recommends some similar fonts, it has not come up with an exact match. And I happen to know that because this font is Mostra Nuova. And it is available on Typekit and even though I have this checked, it's still not finding it. So I could choose one of these similar fonts but really I want an exact match.
