Loading selections from channels with the keyboard

So there are some keyboard shortcuts you can use to actually load channels as selections as well. As a brief review, you can do Command or Ctrl and then 3, 4, or 5 to view the individual channels. So Command or Ctrl+3 is the red channel, Command or Ctrl+4 is the green channel, Command or Ctrl+5 is the blue channel. And then Command+2 or Ctrl+2 takes you back to the RGB. If I click on the Channels tab you can actually see those keyboard shortcuts are indicated there. And there is an Alpha channel there, listed as Command+6 as well. So if your document has a saved selection like this one, Command+6 here would actually take you and target that channel. So to load those channels and selections just add the Option key on the Mac or the Alt key on the PC to your existing shortcuts.

So if I did Command+Option+6 or Ctrl+Alt +6, I have loaded that Alpha channel as a selection. Now Command+Option+5, Ctrl +Alt+5, I have loaded the blue channel as a selection. But we don't do that very often but...
