Lighting and shooting the fan of shirts

We did the styling for the fan shot indoors in a temperature controlled and neat environment, air conditioned, delightfully air conditioned. But now we're out here in open shade in Oklahoma, which I have to admit is much nicer than direct sun in Oklahoma. What we want to do now, is set up the components of the fan that we've already styled into their final position, on this table. One of the first things I want to do, is adjust the position of the table just a little bit. This will help me see into the fan, with the camera, and also help position the table where these cannas in the background will make a more interesting background. This way I shouldn't see any of the pool decking, and then, we've roughed in camera. And so, essentially what I'm seeing is a semicircle of the table with green behind it. That we'll be sure we set our aperture to make that green go soft and out of focus, while the product stays crisp and sharp. So what I'm going to do now, is take these pieces that I…
