Isolating a tree as a subject in the composition

- We've made it to the hall of mosses. This is truly one of the most spectacular sights you'll ever see in the world if you love trees. There's nothing quite like this. The moss is just so abundant and these trees have the most incredible arcing branches. I mean, this is truly a sight to see. Now to photograph it, that's a different story. That is extremely challenging. It's easy to walk through here and appreciate the beauty, but to make an interesting image is a real challenge and instead of getting frustrated, what I'm doing is, I'm just kind of embracing that experience and saying, you know what, I'm gonna give it my best and try a few different things and see what happens. So the first thing I did is I took my camera off the tripod and I walked around. Cranked up my ISO 6400, so I could take some sharp images. And I took a lot of stuff I didn't really care for. It's difficult to capture the beauty and the story that's going on here. But as I continue to explore, I came across…
