Introducing color
- [Instructor] Now this is our illustration so far. We have put a lot of effort into creating an ambient light layer and a sunlight layer and combining those two, but we now want to introduce some real color to our scene. And to be very honest with you, this is where the real fun starts. Because now, all the effort of creating the shading here in our illustration lies behind us and now we are free to play a little bit with color. I will just collapse the light layer here and I create a new layer group that I will call Color. And now I will create a first layer in this group and you might remember from the introduction that the colors are added in multiply mode to the scene, so I will just set the blend mode of this color folder here to multiply and now everything I'm doing inside this folder will be multiplied on top of the light sources. Okay, so the first color I want to put down is a color for the whole world, the basic color of the grass and the vegetation in which our character…
